these properties so you are not dealing with a single tenant.
This step gives you recurring monthly income. This allows you to pay your bills, manage your cash, eat at fine
restaurants, take nice vacations and ultimately, quit your job! It also allows for appreciation of the properties and your
wealth to grow!
Step 3: Cha-Check Mate
Use the same techniques to buy large multi-family properties, using none of your own money. Control millions of dollars
worth of property with tens of thousands of dollars in cash flow while creating millions of dollars in equity. This will
